Choose a defined service or a corporate package. Each engagement has its own scope, professional fee and agreement. Pay as you go. No subscription or automatic renewal.
Employer representation, clearly defined
For these services, our client is the employer. As a firm policy, we do not simultaneously represent the employer and the worker in the same matter. Worker applications require independent representation or self-representation. Every engagement is subject to a conflict check.
Employer Designation Applications
CAD $2,500 · AIP, RCIP and FCIP
Our work: Prepare designation requirements, organize corporate verification documents and coordinate required settlement-provider arrangements and training completion evidence.
Your role: Sign required commitments, supply corporate records and personally complete mandatory employer training.
Training completion cannot be replaced by a consultant-written plan. Requirements depend on the province or community.
Community Recommendation Applications
CAD $1,800 · RCIP and FCIP
Our work: Prepare community-specific forms and employer-side evidence supporting the job offer, explain alignment with local priorities and manage communication with the community coordinator.
Your role: Sign required forms, provide vacancy information and attend validation interviews if requested.
Candidate eligibility and required candidate documents remain essential. Worker PR and permit applications are not included.
LMIA Preparation & Recruitment Campaign Management
CAD $3,500 · Employer application
Our work: Assess NOC and TEER classification, prepare compliant job descriptions, coordinate Job Bank advertising, document applications and selection criteria, prepare the recruitment summary and LMIA submission.
Your role: Supply financial and corporate records, make hiring decisions, sign declarations and pay applicable government and advertising costs.
The usual LMIA processing fee is CAD $1,000 per position, subject to exemptions. Recruitment services depend on applicable provincial licensing. Prohibited costs must not be recovered from workers.
IRCC Employer Portal Submissions
CAD $1,000 · LMIA-exempt employment offers
Our work: Use authorized portal access, prepare employment offer details, assess the applicable exemption and submit the offer to obtain the Offer of Employment number.
Your role: Provide registration and employment details, authorize access and pay the applicable employer compliance fee.
The usual compliance fee is CAD $230, subject to exemptions. Employer-side submission only; no worker permit application.
PNP Employer Registrations & Support
CAD $2,200 · Stream-specific employer requirements
Our work: Prepare required employer registration or support forms, organize revenue and staffing evidence and prepare employer support letters where required.
Your role: Provide accurate financial and employment records and sign required declarations.
Processes vary by province and stream; not every PNP has a separate employer registration. Worker nomination and PR applications are excluded.
Proactive Compliance Review & Strategy
CAD $1,500 · Preparation before an inspection
Our work: Organize a compliance binder and review a defined payroll sample against the promised employment terms, wages and benefits. Identify gaps and recommend corrective steps.
Your role: Provide payroll, time records, T4s and employment documents.
The period, locations and sample size are set in the agreement. This is not certification or a guarantee against penalties.
Active Inspection Representation
CAD $3,000 · Service Canada / ESDC inspection
Our work: Review the inspection notice, organize the employer response and represent the employer within the agreed administrative inspection scope.
Your role: Provide complete records promptly and implement agreed corrective measures.
Litigation, judicial review and work beyond the defined inspection scope require separate arrangements. No outcome is guaranteed.
Corporate packages
Designation & Recommendation Bundle — CAD $3,800
One employer designation and one candidate community recommendation (RCIP/FCIP). AIP endorsement scope must be confirmed separately.
LMIA Corporate Turnkey — CAD $4,500
Recruitment campaign documentation, one LMIA submission and proactive compliance binder setup. Final position count is defined in the agreement.
IMP Portal & Permit Package — proposed, unavailable
The proposed CAD $3,200 package combines employer portal submission and the worker’s permit application. It is not offered because it conflicts with our employer-only representation policy. Scope and pricing remain under review.
Amounts are professional fees. Government fees, advertising, translations and third-party costs are separate. Any applicable taxes and final scope are disclosed in the quote and agreement.
